Windows System Admin Level 2 to help support our customer base, both directly & indirectly. Activity required interaction with application software and operating systems to diagnose & resolve unique, non- recurring problems in Hosting Environment
 

Major Duties /Responsibilities

  1. Treat all customers in a professional, respectful manner
  2. Handling Technical support tickets from web hosting customers
  3. Supporting the roll-out of new applications
  4. Provide client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone and other electronic medium
  5. Troubleshooting a variety of technical issues customers are having with their web hosting services
  6. Prioritizing and managing many open Ticket at one time
  7. Successfully completes other duties and projects as assigned.
     

Qualification, Knowledge, Skill & Abilities

  1. Computer Knowledge, Good Communication, Preferably B.Tech.
  2. Windows Certified Engineer Preferred
  3. Willing to work in a 24*7 Environment
  4. Experience with Hosting Control Panels (CPanel/WHM/Plesk)
  5. Basic installation, server security, server monitoring
  6. Excellent understanding of SMTP, HTTP, FTP, IMAP, POP, Exim
  7. Installation and modification of Apache, Bind, DNS, PHP, MySQL, Perl
  8. Managing server Backup/Restore
  9. DNS Management
  10. Ability to work well with a team, constantly changed environment and follow instructions from  supervisors and senior colleagues
  11. Confident and passionate
  12. Organizational skills with the ability to multitask by talking, using technology and listening
  13. Ability to troubleshoot web hosting and technical procedures as needed
  14. Dependable to be at work during assigned shifts and to complete work as expected.

Experience
Level 2 - Experience 2 - 3 years       

Package (Atleast One Year Service Contract) As per eligibility of candidate
